By downloading, installing, or using the Kitchly app, you acknowledge that this End-User License Agreement (EULA) is concluded between you and Riso Development LLC only, and not with Apple. Riso Development LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Kitchly app and the content thereof. This EULA does not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Riso Development LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Kitchly app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing programs.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information including your age, height, weight, and activity level.
Kitchly provides nutrition and meal planning tools, including barcode scanning, recipe recommendations, AI-generated meal plans, weight tracking, voice-based logging, and shopping list creation. Some features require a paid subscription.
Riso Development LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Kitchly app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for this app. For support, contact us at:
Riso Development LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Kitchly app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Riso Development LLC.
You acknowledge that Riso Development LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Kitchly app or your possession and/or use of the app, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Kitchly app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Riso Development LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Kitchly is free to download. Premium features are available through monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Kitchly collects and uses health-related data (e.g., weight, goals, dietary preferences) to deliver personalized recommendations. This data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties.
You may log food entries, weight progress, and health goals. You retain ownership of this content, but grant Kitchly the right to use this data internally to improve your experience.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without notice.
You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Kitchly app. For example, if you use voice logging features, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement when using the app.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kitchly after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the laws of the United States of America.
